We ship Royal Swatch straps worldwide from our atelier. All orders are produced in small batches and inspected by hand before they leave us.

Processing Times

• First batch: ships within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Next batch: ships within 1 – 2 weeks while we produce more inventory.
• You will receive an email with tracking the moment your order leaves our atelier.

Domestic (United States)

• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders
• Expedited 2-day shipping available at checkout
• Typical delivery: 3 – 5 business days after shipping

International

• Flat international shipping rate calculated at checkout
• Typical delivery: 7 – 14 business days after shipping
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact us within 14 days at support@royalswatch.com and we will make it right.
