Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Royal Swatch. If something is not right, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
• Initiate the return within 30 days of delivery
• Final-sale and custom-engraved items are not eligible

How to Return

1. Email returns@royalswatch.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label (U.S.) or instructions (international).
3. Ship the strap back in its original packaging.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

Prefer a different color or style? We will ship your exchange as soon as we receive the returned item. If the new item costs more, we'll send a small balance link; if less, we refund the difference.

Defects & Warranty

Every Royal Swatch strap carries a 6-month manufacturing warranty. Contact us with photos and we'll repair or replace any defective product at no cost.
